A Verdict Service includes complete disassembly with ultrasonic cleaning and degreasing of every component. Once prepared, all parts are correctly reassembled and the complete device is comprehensively tested by our expert technicians.
We can even offer full UKAS-certified calibration to ensure your engineering work meets any applicable ISO or industry regulations.
The Verdict Service is for getting operational gauges back to their best - removing any sticky needles, jerky movements or environmental grease, dirt and moisture. We will get your gauge back to pristine condition.
As part of the Service, delicate internal parts will be carefully examined and any defects will be recorded. Our team will notify you if any repairs are needed in addition to the Service and you will have the option to get them all done together.
Once stripped and cleaned, your gauge is carefully assembled and polished, before being comprehensively tested by our experienced technicians and posted securely back to you - at no extra cost.
Please ensure you check your gauge on return that it is done to your satisfaction as due to the nature of these instruments we cannot accept responsibility for issues raised some time later when it has been in use.
