Accidents can happen. From being knocked off the workbench, covered in machine oil, or suffering impact or mechanical damage - your Verdict Gauge can take a lot of punishment in a busy engineering environment.

But it still has to perform accurately every time.

If your gauge is damaged in any way then send it to our official Verdict repair team who will inspect and repair every component of all devices. Once repaired, your gauge is professionally cleaned, serviced and tested to ensure it is back to its original and precise standards.

Any defective or damaged parts will be repaired or replaced. If your gauge cannot be repaired for any reason, we will contact you and discuss a suite of options including generous discounts on original replacements.

Once fully repaired we will post your new gauge back to you at no extra cost.

This fixed repair cost applies to current catalogue product only, historical products will be quoted separately due to availability of spares.

Please ensure you check your gauge on return that it is done to your satisfaction as due to the nature of these instruments we cannot accept responsibility for issues raised some time later when it has been in use.
