Delivery to you
Our delivery prices are based on the quantity and / or weight of the items in your order and on the service level you choose. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Delivery prices:
Our standard delivery is £5 to any UK mainland address. This price includes protective packaging and a tracking or signed for service. The £5 charge covers a single gauge and/or a number of lightweight accessories.
We will always try to package your order in as cost-effective a way as possible.
Below is an outline of our delivery charges for multiple gauges:
- One gauge: £5
- Two gauges: £10
- Three gauges or more: £15
Standard delivery:
All normal orders will ship within 2 working days from when the order was placed and will be covered by a tracking or signed for service for your convenience.
Typical delivery times for our standard service range from 2 - 5 working days depending on location and busy periods for the delivery network.
Below is our current charge for a qualifying order with next day delivery service:
- Order of any size: £15
Next day delivery:
Orders requesting next day delivery will be shipped the same day and will arrive the next working day after shipping is confirmed.
Orders must be placed before midday to qualify for next day delivery. Orders placed after midday cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery and may be shipped the next working day.
Next day delivery will includes a tracking or signed for service for your convenience.

Returns to us
To return an item to us, for exchange or repair, follow the directions listed on the return form included with your order, or available here.
For all returns, please contact us as soon as possible so we can best serve you and provide you with return instructions.
Items returned to us without prior arrangement or a completed returns form may not be accepted and may be returned to sender or held for customer collection. If these items are not collected after a reasonable amount of time they will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of.
Items that are customised or made-to-order cannot be returned.
