We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Delivery of items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Every care has been taken in the preparation of the component parts and assembly of this product to ensure that it reaches you in the best condition. This product conforms to the relevant Verdict or British Standard specification and is individually checked to confirm this.
Where the evidence of misuse, poor handling, storage, wear and tear, exists we reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim. Any attempt to modify the original specification or to repair/investigate any fault by disassembling any part of the gauge will void any warranty claim. Damage resulting from an impact or extension of a feature beyond its designed motion will not be repaired under warranty.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the item at their cost and if deemed to be a warranty failure the item will be repaired or replaced and returned free of charge.
Product warranties are not transferrable.

Shipping damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event of a failure of this product within one year of the date of purchase through normal use Verdict will repair or replace the item free of charge. Please see the specific product warranty for further information.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept no-fault returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
