The £10 price of a Factored Repair voucher covers the diagnostics report and return postage and packing if you decide not to proceed with the repair.
If you authorise us to proceed with our suggested repair then this £10 charge will be deducted from the final repair cost so you never pay more than you agree to. You can trust Verdict to treat you fairly and honestly.
The exact nature of the repair will be confirmed to you once we have received and inspected your gauge and you are under no obligation to proceed with the repair. All charges are kept transparent and your statutory rights are not affected.
